We want you to love your purchase from Little Bear. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer refunds for change of mind if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and meets the following conditions:

Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging are intact
Proof of purchase is provided

Please note:

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Used or washed items
Items without original tags or packaging
Gift cards

How to Return:

Contact us at littlebearlabel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Shipping Times (Australia):

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping:

Delivery times vary by destination. Typically 7–21 business days.
