Change of Mind Returns
We offer refunds for change of mind if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and meets the following conditions:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
