Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any applicable shipping fees are shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Within Australia:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping (if applicable):

Delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Little Bear Label is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout.
Little Bear Label is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we will assist where possible, Little Bear Label is not liable for parcels once they are in the care of the shipping carrier.

Authority to Leave

If you select Authority to Leave, you accept responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered to the nominated location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
